Various Shades of Life...!!!

"Attitude is what makes us different from everybody else. We are not the display of other thoughts.

We wake up every morning and get back to bed every night. Isn't life so simple as it sounds? Well! it is actually simple for the one who dream after going to bed and dare to chase their dreams after waking up. So, you might be wondering, how this going to be simple? How putting effort everyday, chasing your dreams, struggling, falling, getting up again, engaging your brain all the time and cycle goes on and on? Now, let's evaluate the scenario in much simpler way. If you don't have any objective, agenda or ambition in life what else you have to do to keep yourselves engaged in doing nothing. There's million of millions activities in the world for which you will always be confused and surround yourselves in ambiguity for the selection of work with respect to deputation time unlike having any of the objective, agenda or dream in your life to chase. Because that's the thing which gives you sets of well defined work to go across everyday, which makes you learn new things in life probably making you fit for the future responsibilities to accommodate the glory and dignity of the success.

Life obeys metabolism concept, you take something that has to be dissipated but it also has some consequences for some or other. Elaborately, we work, we come across new things, we learn, we sometimes struggle to achieve, still we carry on. In this entire process, we sometimes gets boosted with confidence and sometimes life drag us to the floor and we feel demotivated and disappointed which might led us to loosing on our confidence. There might also happens that for the similar task and in the same process, some people might move too ahead of us and we still fighting for what we deserve. On all those counterparts, we just can't do anything so it is always better to not letting the dreams to go by and quit. It's just time travels differently for everyone. People ahead of us are not actually ahead, even they are running on time and we either do. There would also be some people who started with us but lagging behind. If that might help you to cheer you up, it's not bad either.

Let me quote an instances and a very practical one. These days it's very common that a students passes out Grads and struggling getting jobs start judging themselves and usually lands up thinking they are not getting job because they are not intelligent enough to compete in the open market. Inspite of the fact, that they passed out 48 subjects, 40 practicals, vivas, projects along with some major adventures during college days which includes crossing the walls of hostels at nights, fought for their friends, got their hands broken, met with an accident and manage funds in the same period of time simultaneously is not a cup of tea for everyone. Just believe in you. Everyone has to achieve their target only matters someone sooner and someone later.

A guy I know was in a similar position when passed out his engineering. He moved Delhi, then Mumbai, then Pune further Bangalore and after clearing aptitude test in almost all the job exams appeared got rejection in interviews. He faced interviews and rejected in more than 10-12 companies back to back. Inspite of being a Mechanical Engineer, he was attending interviews in IT sector and later in every possible opportunities coming his way. In one of the interview attended in Bangalore when he got a reply from the interviewer "you can leave for the day" he simply made his mind to know whats hidden behind this statement. He visited interviewer and it was around 2300 Hrs (as applicants were still there for interview) and said him, "I got rejections in so many companies and hope here too. What is the weakness in me so that I can improve next time." He said "buddy you looses confidence." He asked "how you can say that?" He said "you start stammering." He questioned "is this BPO? and I don't start stammering, I actually stammer and this mean I won't be able to get a job through out my life." Don't know, it intentional or not but he was in anger and getting aggressive there but could be just to console himself. Whatever it is, but the fact was he actually started loosing hope then after as stammering matters. He later started job hunting going out of his education and ambition. Later a year, eventually he got a job in Mumbai that too in core company. Since then he never looked back the life but neither ever disregarded the learning and people behind the him in those days. Since, he was having many friends in IT Sectors and it's pretty obvious people brag about their owns. Being a Mechanical Engineer, he never thought of joining any software companies and decided to frame his career in the same core sector. Then after 4 months, he switched company and joined leading power plant construction company in Pune. Gradually, all the frustrations, low moral, complexities all got lost like the dark clouds after rain. Then, a friend of his working in leading software company started arguing with him on different sectors. He told him and all others that software company don't hire any engineers. I agreed on his words as every company knows their job and so hire same professionals. But then after a month of that discussion, he got selected in one of the most desirable startup software company.

My point here is just to make it very clear that nothing is impossible and beyond your dedication and effort. We are humans and it's quite obvious to have a graph of our mentality to be up and down. All matters is how we responds to those ups & downs and embraces the challenges to get over it. Stammering is something which nobody has control over it. It could just be tackled by therapy but can't be eliminated ever. So, we should always try to keep ourselves motivated and enthusiastic no matter what the situation is and how we are performing. Neither Bill Gates nor Mark Zuckerberg were the college toppers. Steve Jobs was the one to quit his passion and Jack-Ma wasn't either expected to build one of the biggest E-Commerce company in the world. One thing was very common in all the history creating personalities was they tried to stand up again after they fall and bothered least what other thinks for them. I believe, it's absolutely fine actually, we are not the display of other thoughts. I have two moto for my life - "Never say DIE" & "There's nothing like FAILURE. It's either SUCCESS or LEARNING."
